Paula Hoff, EdD, has been the principal at Minnetonka Middle School West since 2014. Paula is a believer in the incredible potential that technology has to drastically impact the learning experience of our students. Utilizing technology to recreate and redesign the learning is a necessary skill and mindset for educators. As a principal, she believes that she must lead this type of learning and usage. She models with the staff at MMW how technology can be used as an instructional tool to collaborate, access the world, enhance learning, and so much more. She supports teachers in using technology to enhance their own professional learning and development. Paula has served as a teacher for 14 years, a high school assistant principal for 4 years, and a middle school principal for 13 years.
