Teaching for Decades to Come

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

As educators redesign learning to suit the needs of 21st century learners how are you utilizing technology? Are you using it as instructional media or are you using it to create experiences where students are thinking critically, problem-solving, collaborating and demonstrating their creativity? In this session we will explore a core set of apps that can be used across all devices. We’ll take a look at planning instruction so that you can create a student-centered learning experience that transcends the four walls of your classroom. We’ll explore tools that will allow you to build and develop a professional learning network so that you can support one another as you journey through these exciting times. You might be teaching in this decade, but after this session the next time you sit down to plan a learning experience for students in your classroom, you’ll be preparing them for the decades to come.
